A bathroom and home without barriers

For more than 20 years we have been adapting flats and bathrooms to the needs of people with disabilities. We know every centimetre counts: a level-access shower with a linear drain, a fold-down seat, grab rails by the toilet and washbasin, non-slip tiles, wider doors. In 2013, for the „Miłosierdzie Boże” care home for people with disabilities in Mikołów, we converted 20 kitchenettes into bathrooms adapted to the residents’ needs.

For property managers and institutions

Our institutional clients are the city, property managers and organisations — we work with a cost estimate, a schedule and a handover in line with good building practice. We plan the work so the building can keep running during the renovation.

In 2026 we are carrying out masonry and plastering work for the municipal housing company ZK „PGM” in Chorzów on the Różanka and Chorzów Stary estates.

How we work

  1. 1. Call and site visit

    You call us or fill in the form. We come over, take a look and measure up.

  2. 2. Estimate and schedule

    We agree the scope, standard, materials and colours. You get a cost estimate and a start date.

  3. 3. Work in stages

    We follow the schedule and agree each next stage with you. We protect floors and furniture and clean up the work area every day.

  4. 4. Handover and settlement

    We finish on time and in line with good building practice. We hand the home back clean and take the rubble away. We invoice according to the as-built cost estimate.
