Data controller

What data we collect and why

The “Get a free quote” form collects what you enter (the server also briefly keeps your IP address, see below): your name, phone number, email, the address or town of the work, type of work, preferred start, funding information, a description and photos. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry — to call you back, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. The IP address of the device you submit the form from is kept in the server’s memory for about 10 minutes to protect the form from spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not store it anywhere else.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, known in Poland as RODO), which you give by ticking the consent box in the form. Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number and the address of the work we cannot prepare a quote.

Who we share data with

We do not sell the data and we do not use it for advertising. Only the companies that help us run the site and the form have access to it: Digitalna (running the site and forms), DigitalOcean (hosting on a server in Frankfurt), Brevo (sending the form message) and our email provider — each only to the extent necessary. DigitalOcean and Brevo may use providers outside the European Economic Area; this is done on the terms set out in the GDPR.

How long we keep data

For as long as we are corresponding about your enquiry. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we will delete the data without undue delay.

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• rectification (correction) of your data,
• erasure of your data,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• withdrawal of consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal,
• a complaint to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) if you believe we process your data unlawfully.

Cookies, map and fonts

This site uses no cookies, which is why it shows no consent banner. The map in the Contact section is a static image stored on our server (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors) — viewing it does not connect you to any map service. Only clicking “Get directions” or “Directions” opens Google Maps. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when doing so.
